2. Rohit Sharma
2 months after the Millers achievement, The "Hit Man" from India, Rohit Sharma equaled the record with a 35 ball century. In this scenario, it was the Sri Lankan bowlers whom punished. The opener Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan given a good start for team India with a 165 runs opening knock. Surprisingly, Rohit Sharma was given the duties to make the fireworks. His 100 was came from just 35 balls before he ending his innings at 118 from 43 balls. Rohit's innings had 12 fours and 10 sixes.
3. Richard Levi
Way back in 2012, South Africa's Richard Levi blasted a 45 ball century and was the fastest in t20I's before it was broken by his team mate David Miller. On chasing the target of 174 raised by New Zealand, South Africa secured the win with 4 overs and 8 wickets to spare with the courtesy of Levi's unbeaten 51 ball 117. There was 13 maximum's and 5 fours in the innings.
4. Faf du Plessis
Another South African batsmen, this time it was opportunity for Faf du Plessis to make the explosions. Batting first, South Africa had a 21-2 situation with du Plessis and Miller in the crease against West Indies. Instead of rotating strikes, both had different plans in mind. du Plessis initiated the blast and Milller joined. The right handed batsmen scored 45 ball century and finished his innings at 119 from 56 balls.
5. KL Rahul
Young KL Rahul's 46 ball century stands fifth in the list. This achievement was against West Indies in the 2016 tour of West Indies and United States of America. The West Indies team raised a mammoth 246 target for India. When in -form batters failed to perform well, Rahul showed an aggressive performance, scoring 110 from 51 balls. The innings had 12 fours and 5 sixes. But the innings wasn't enough to beat West Indies, resulting a bijou 1 runs loss for India.
6. Aaron Finch
Finch's 47 balls century is the fastest by an Australian batsmen in t20I's. In their tour against England, Finch scored 156 runs from just 63 balls. Batting first, Australia lost their attacking opener David Warner early and Finch joined hands with upcoming batters. Finch blasted 11 fours and 14 maximums in the innings. Australian team set up a mammoth 249 runs target for England. On reply, England had to give up their innings at 209-6.
7. Chris Gayle
The Gayle storm had well and truly arrived against England in the 2016 Super Cup. On chasing the 183 target raised by England, with the courtesy of Gayle's 48 ball perfect ton West Indies reached the target with 11 balls to spare. Gayle smashed 5 fours and 11 maximum's to the Wankhede gallery. He had an exceptional 208.33 strike rate. Although Gayle is having the fastest t20 century(30 ball century vs Pune Warriors India), considering the International format, Gayle is placed 7th in the list.
8. Evin Lewis
West Indies opener, Kevin Lewis is having the 49 balls ton against India. The achievement was against India ad helped the team to reach mammoth 245 total. Evin Lewis had a quick start and ended his innings while West Indies had 205 runs in the 15th over. Lewis blasted 5 fours and 9 sixes in the innings. This was one of the highest totals in t20I 's and 244 runs from chasing side made a record of highest aggregates in t20I's.
9. Glenn Maxwell
49 balls century against Sri Lanka by Maxwell is the 9th fastest century in t20I's. One of the most aggressive t20I player from Australia blasted 14 fours and 9 sixes in the innings. Captain, David Warner made a surprise move by promoting Maxwell to the opening order in the absence of Aaron Finch. Maxwell utilized it well blasting a 145 runs from just 65 balls. His contribution helped the team to set up a 263 runs target and eventually Sri Lanka failed to chase the target.
10. Martin Guptil
Martin Guptil, whom known for his compatibility in any cricket format is having the record of fastest ton by a New Zealand player. His 49 ball hundred against Australia in 2018 stands 10th fastest in the overall list. Batting first, the opener Guptil and Collin Munro added 132 runs to the first wicket with almost 9 overs to spare. Guptil blasted 6 fours and 9 sixes in the innings. With Guptil's courtesy New Zealand managed to set up a 244 runs target for Australia. On reply, Aussie's made an exceptional batting performance resulting a win for 5 wickets and 7 balls.
