1. Rohit Sharma

Rohit Sharma

Rohit seems to have junkie towards ODI double hundreds. Last year Hit Man blasted 208 runs against Sri Lanka adding 3rd to his pocket. Irrespective of long boundaries, Rohit was in a good mood to give a gift to his woman. In the 40th over Rohit reached 100 mark and took almost 115 balls to reach the ton. But with only 10 overs to spare, Rohit started demolishing the opponents, blasting the next 100 runs in below 38 balls. To score 208 runs, Rohit took 153 balls and smashed  13 fours and 12 maximums.

2. Faf du Plessis

Faf du Plessis

du Plessis displayed a stylish innings against Sri Lanka in their tour and added one more match win making the series 4-0. The right hander was in amazing form and blasted 185 runs from just 141 balls. The innings included 16 fours and 3 sixes. This innings was one of the best performance by a South African batsmen and placed 2nd in the list of highest individual score backing de Kock. Gary Kirsten's unbeaten 188 is the highest score in ODIs by a Protease player.

3. Martin Guptill

Martin Guptill

On March 1,2017, New Zealand batsmen Martin Guptil displayed one of the best innings by a New Zealand player. His unbeaten 180 against South Africa was well received by his team mates. Guptil known for his calm batting style, but he was simply exploded in the match and took just 138 balls to reach the score. He was not a great power hitter, but his innings included 16 fours and 11 maximums.

4. David Warner

David Warner

David Warner's 179 performance was against Pakistan and took just 128 balls to reach the score. With a strike rate of 139.84, the left hander showcased one of the best performances in his career. Warner used his talent in the match than his power. There was 19 fours and 5 sixes from him in the innings. The entire year was splendid for the opener and awarded with the Best ODI player of the year. 

5. Evin Lewis

Evin Lewis

Lewis scored 176 runs against England last year before he was retired hurt and is placed 5th in the list. Lewis was one of the emerging players of last year with dominating in the white ball cricket. Aggressive batting was his key role and was a perfect replacement for Chris Gayle. Although the innings was one of his best performances, it was not enough to favor the match to Caribbean side. There was 17 fours and 6 sixes in his innings.

6. AB de Villiers

AB de Villiers

After his retirement from the ODI captaincy, de Villiers displayed a tremendous performance against Bangladesh scoring  176 from 104 balls. This was his career best performance and had many records with this single performance. The innings was placed in the 5th of the fastest 150 and the current record is by the same person against West Indies in 2015. The innings included 15 fours and 7 sixes. The 7 maximums makes him 2nd fastest player to hit 200 sixes in quick session.

7. Quinton de Kock

Quinton de Kock

The South African opener blasted 168 runs against Bangladesh last year and stands 7th in the list. On chasing 279 target, openers given a good start for South Africa. Amla was a strike rotator, but de Kock given a great notch for the side adding 168 runs from 148 balls and remained unbeaten. His innings included 19 fours and 5 sixes. The duo added 282 runs opening partnership gifting a no loss win along with a record of 2nd highest partnership of the year.

8. Hashim Amla

Hashim Amla

Hashim Amla's 154 knock against Sri Lanka helped the Protease to win the series in a 5-0 margin. In the last ODI, batting first South Africa added a 385 run tough challenge and won the match by 88 runs. Amla showcased a cool and calm performance took 134 balls to reach 154 runs. Amla's innings included 15 fours and 5 sixes. The innings is considered as one of the class performances from the right hander.

9. Calum MacLeod

Calum MacLeod

Scotland top order batsmen Calum MacLeod added 154 runs against Papua New Guinea last year and is one of the best performances from a Scotland batsmen. The innings wasn't an aggressive one, Calum MacLeod just maintained a decent run rate against the opponents and helped the team from a big collapse. The right handed batsmen took 163 balls to reach the score and included 15 fours and 3 sixes. The match was favored Scotland for a 101 margin.

10. Yuvraj Singh

Yuvraj Singh

Lack of opportunities and excellent performances from the top order reserved Yuvraj's position in the team last year at stack. But in the dawn of the year Yuvi has made an excellent performance against the West Indies series scoring a 150 runs from just 127 balls. The performance helped the team to set up a mammoth target of 382 and the match favored India by 15 runs. The left handed batsmen blasted 21 fours and 3 sixes in the innings. Yuvi fans were expecting a great return in the year with this performance, but his form was culminated with this innings.
