1. The Worst Start
In the 2015 ICC World Cup Pakistan has set a weird record against West Indies in their pool B match. On chasing 311 runs target, Pakistan lost their 4 wickets while adding 4 runs to the score card. Pacer's Jerome Taylor and Jaison Holder thrashed the top order of Pakistan. Taylor took 3 wickets of Nasir Jamshad, Younis Khan and Harris Sohail. Ahmed Shehzad was caught by Simmons in Holders balls. This is one of the worst opening by any team. The previous assault was holded by Canada of 4/4.
2. Highest Aggregate in T20I's
West Indies and India jointly holds the record of highest aggregate runs in Twenty 20 match. In the year 2016, both team added 489 runs to the scorecard at Lauderhill, Florida, USA. Batting first with the courtesy of Johnson Charles's ton and Evin Lewis 79 West Indies added 245 runs to the score card. On reply, Rohit displayed a good start with 62 runs from just 28 balls. Rahul's exceptional 110 from the middle order helped the team to reach 2 short of the target. The match witnessed 32 sixes, with India blasting 11 and the Caribbean's smashed 21 maximum's. It is the highest aggregate in T20I's including domestic matches. The previous record was 469 between Chennai and Rajasthan.
3. Wicket Keeping Bowlers
In the 2013 South African tour, Indian Wicket Keepers MS Dhoni and AB de Villiers shared an unique record in the test cricket. Both the players bowled in the test match. In the 2nd innings of the 1st test, de Villiers bowled 1 over and conceded 4 runs. Dhoni also made his bowling in the 2nd innings. In his 2 overs Dhoni conceded just 5 runs.
4. Most Extras in an Innings
In the 2007 Pakistan's Indian tour, India conceded 76 runs as extra to the Pakistan score card in the 3rd test at Bangalore. In the first Innings following the 626 totals, Indian bowlers gave 76 runs as bonus to the Pakistan team. Ishant Sharma bowled 9 no balls. The 76 extras included 35 bye's, 26 leg bye's and 15 no balls.
5. Highest Partnership
Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly holds the record of most run partnership in all the cricket formats. They both added 12400 runs for the team. Sachin and Ganguly was one of the most dominated opening batters of Indian team. Later Ganguly promoted Sehwag as the opener and Ganguly added strength to the middle order.
6. Most International Matches
Master Blaster appeared in most International matches for India. Considering all his career, he played 664 matches for the Indian team. This is a record achievement. Also, along with while he retiring from test cricket he had 200 matches in his cart which is the highest number in International cricket. Although little master holds many other run related records, this is lesser known record from him.
7. Bradman's Six Sixes
Donald Bradman, one of the greatest cricketer of the last century is having an unique record in his cart. In his entire test career he blasted just 6 sixes. Five was against England and one against Indian team. It is a record in the test cricket. Every test player who surpassed 6000 runs has blasted more sixes than him. Although this is a weird record, at that time scoring sixes was the hardest duty by a batsmen.
8. 8 Runs Without a Ball
Pakistan spinner Abdur Rehman had a weird spell in the 2014 Asia Cup against Bangladesh. He bowled 3 no balls and later he was recalled from the bowling due to illegal full tosses. Total he conceded 8 runs with a four , 3 no balls and a single. This is considered as one of the worst spells in ODI cricket. The match was favored Pakistan team.
9. Longest Over
In the 2004 Asia Cup match between Pakistan and Bangladesh, pacer Mohammad Sami bowled lengthiest over in ODI cricket. He bowled a 17-ball over against the team. 17 balls included, seven wides and four no balls. He conceded 22 runs in that over.
10. Longest duck
New Zealand's Geoff Allott holds the record of longest duck in cricket. In a test match against South Africa Allott faced 77 deliveries and was in the crease for almost 101 minutes but failed add single runs to the score card. This is one of the slowest innings in the cricket history.
11. Most Ducks
Sri Lankan spin magician, Muttiah Muralidharan holds the record of most ducks in International cricket. In his 495 matches, the no.11 batsmen throwed his wickets at zero 59 times.
