His half century was from just 16 balls and broke the previous record of Jayasurya. His ton was from just 31 balls and thrashed 36 ball record of Corey Anderson. de Villiers is had a strike rate of 101.10 in ODIs. This is the highest for a South African batsmen. It is also third highest in the International cricket, with Shahid Afridi being the most aggressive(117.0). Indian opener, Virender Sehwag had a strike rate of 104.33 and placed second in the list.
